The original recipe is from The Green Kitchen Stories book, so lovely. I used a bit more cauliflower, a bit less feta and quinoa and so on. It takes a bit of time to make, but the end result is amazing: fresh, filling, healthy and has a great combination of textures and flavors.
These are delicious served with a simple green salad and the leftover next day in a sandwich.
My mom’s old but gold recipe, which happens to be quick and easy too. It’s great served with rice, couscous, pasta, quinoa or just with a simple green salad.

Cabbage is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, it is a great source of fiber and sinigrin, which helps in cancer prevention. Cabbage, especially steamed cabbage has some special cholesterol-lowering benefits too.
